Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user is not authorized to a library in the library search list for the job. The library may be in the system portion, the product library portion, the current library portion, or the user portion of the library list.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer or the object owner grant the user *USE authority to the library.
