Communications device &2 cannot be used.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : While performing function &4 a function check was encountered. The communications device is not usable unless the device is an APPC device. If the device is an APPC device, then mode &3 of the device is not usable. Function codes and their meanings follow:
-- 10-Invite device.
-- 20-Suspend invite.
-- 30-Resume invite.
Recovery . . . : To correct the problem, vary the device off and then on again (VRYCFG command).
