Job queue &1 in library &2 damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job queue has been damaged. The batch job cannot be transferred to the specified job queue.
Recovery . . . : The job queue cannot be used, and the jobs on it cannot run. To delete the job queue and get a list of the lost jobs, do an attended initial program load (IPL) of the system and specify on the IPL Options display to keep jobs on the job queue and output on the output queue. Then create the job queue (CRTJOBQ command) again and submit (SBMJOB command), or transfer (TFRBCHJOB command) the lost jobs to the job queue.
