Cause . . . . . : The Disconnect Job (DSCJOB) command was not allowed for job &3/&2/&1 because the job is temporarily not active as a result of a Transfer Secondary Job (TFRSECJOB) command, a Transfer Group Job (TFRGRPJOB) command, or a Hold Job (HLDJOB) command.
