Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The subsystem received &7 while using file &4 in library &5 record format &6.
-- Several other errors have been encountered for this work station since the subsystem last received valid input from this work station. Refer to previous CPF1189, CPF1194, CPF1251, and CPF1398 messages.
-- Error recovery is not working properly and a loop is in progress.
-- The subsystem will not allocate the device again.
Recovery . . . : To use the work station, either end the subsystem (ENDSBS command) and then start the subsystem again (STRSBS command), or start another subsystem that uses the work station.
