Cause . . . . . : The system value should have been changed from &2 to &3, but the Change System Value command (CHGSYSVAL) did not receive confirmation that the value was changed within the time limit for this job.
Recovery . . . : Display the system value (DSPSYSVAL command) to determine if the value was changed.
