Cause . . . . . : Although milliseconds and microseconds are character fields, they must contain data representing numeric values. Milliseconds must be three digits representing numbers from 000 through 999. Microseconds must be 6 digits representing numbers from 000000 through 999999. The precision used for the Convert Date and Time Format (QWCCVTDT) API was &2 and the invalid value was &1.
-- A precision of 0 indicates milliseconds
-- A precision of 1 indicates microseconds
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the data is numeric only and try the call again.
