Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Key field 1001 (job accounting code) was specified. The user is not authorized to the Change Accounting Code (CHGACGCDE) command.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer grant *USE authority to the CHGACGCDE command, or remove the key field. Then try the request again.
