Incorrect job name specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When using format JOBC0200 or JOBC0300, the first character of the job name must be '*'. When using format JOBC0400, the job name must be '*THREAD'. The remaining part of the qualified job name must be blank.
Recovery . . . : Change the job name parameter, and try the request again.
