Error occurred with subsystem.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred with the subsystem specified as the target subsystem or with the subsystem in which the current job is running. Reason code &1 is the cause of the error. The reason codes and their meanings are shown below:
1 - The target subsystem is not in a state that will allow the request to be handled. The target subsystem is either not active, ending or in the restricted condition.
2 - The current subsystem is ending.
3 - Either the current user or the user specified on the user profile parameter is not authorized to the target subsystem.
4 - The current user is not authorized to one or more of the ASP device descriptions for the ASP group used by the target subsystem.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the request again.
