Cause . . . . . : The Daylight Saving Time adjustment did not complete because an error occurred in job &3/&2/&1.
Recovery . . . : See the joblog for job &3/&2/&1 for additional information about the error. Correct the error, and then change system value QTIMZON to the name of a time zone description object that contains the correct offset and Daylight Saving Time (DST) information for your system.
