Program &1 not active in the OPM debug environment.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The debug command cannot be processed because program &1 is not active in the OPM debug environment.
Recovery . . . : Change the program name in the PGM or DFTPGM parameter to the name of a program that is active in the OPM debug environment, or use the ADDPGM command to add the program to the OPM debug environment. Then, try the command again.
