Command is not valid for bound programs.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ADDPGM command does not support adding bound programs.
Recovery . . . : Specify the correct program name and library name for a program that is not a bound program. If the library name is *LIBL, you may be able to correct the error by using the Add Library List Entry (ADDLIBLE) command to add a library to the library list. Then, try the command again.
You need *USE authority to the library for the program. You need *CHANGE authority to the program to be debugged.
