Requested level not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The level that you requested is either too large or not correct. The specified level must be less than or equal to the level at which the command was run. You may also have specified the (*PRV) value when at request level 1; (*PRV) cannot be used for request level 1.
Recovery . . . : Either use the RQSLVL parameter to change the request level to a correct value, or remove the ENDRQS command when at request level 1.
