Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The basing pointer variable &3 is not correct. The variable specified as a basing pointer is not declared as a pointer.
Recovery . . . : Use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to specify the name of a pointer variable for the basing pointer. Then, try the command again.
