No call of program &1 for recursion level &2 for variable &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The variable that requires a program call is &4. The specified variable, the basing pointer, or any subscripts cannot be processed unless a program call is available, but there is no call for the specified recursion level.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use the RCRLVL parameter to specify a program recursion level that currently exists and try the command again.
-- Use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPGM parameter to specify a correct variable name and program name combination, and then try the command again.
-- Try the command again when the correct program recursion level exists.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : You can process variables that only require machine interface (MI) static storage even if the program is not called, as long as the program is activated.
