OFFSET parameter not allowed because &3 not a space pointer.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Pointer &3 in program &1 must be a space pointer. When the OFFSET parameter is specified, the existing pointer value must be a space pointer. The existing pointer value may be a null pointer.
Recovery . . . : Do the following in order:
1) Try the command again to set a space pointer value by using the PTRTYPE(*SPP) parameter with either the ADR parameter or the SYSOBJ and OBJTYPE parameters;
2) Try the command again, specifying the original OFFSET parameter value.
