Subscript &3 was not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Subscript is &3. The numeric constant subscript is not correct for one or more of the following reasons:
-- The subscript value is too large.
-- The subscript contains more than 31 digits.
-- The subscript contains a sign with no digits.
Recovery . . . : Use the ADR, PGMVAR, PTR, or REFPTR parameter to change the subscript value to contain from 1 to 31 digits, and optionally a leading sign. Then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A subscript value must be no larger than 2147483647 and no smaller than -2147482648.
