No operator was specified on the BKPCOND parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A conditional breakpoint was requested by specifying a value other than *NONE on the BKPCOND parameter of the Add Breakpoint (ADDBKP) command. However, no operator was specified on this parameter.
Recovery . . . : If you want a conditional breakpoint, specify an operator as the second value of the BKPCOND parameter.
