Message : CPF1970
Cannot access system object &1 in library &2 type &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The error occurred for one of the following reasons:
-- The specified library was not found.
-- No object with the specified object type was found in the library.
-- System object &1 is not in a library.
-- You are not authorized to system object &1.
-- You are not authorized to library &2.
Recovery . . . : Use the SYSOBJ parameter to specify the correct object name and library name and use the OBJTYPE parameter to correct the object type for an existing system object. Make sure you are authorized to the object and library. If the library name is *LIBL, you may be able to correct the error by adding a library to the library list (ADDLIBLE command). Then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If the object is not in any library, a pointer cannot be set to the object.
