Basing pointer &3 not space pointer in program &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Basing pointer &3 specified for a program variable in program &1 is some pointer type other than a space pointer.
Recovery . . . : Use the CHGPTR or CHGHLLPTR command to set the basing pointer to a space pointer value, or use the PGM parameter to change the program name to use the correct program for the variable and basing pointer(s). Then, try the command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The CHGHLLPTR command can be used to set a HLL pointer (PTR parameter) to a space pointer. PTRTYPE(*SPP) can be used on the CHGPTR command to set a pointer data object variable to a space pointer.
