STRDBG command not allowed in thread capable job.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Start Debug (STRDBG) command was issued in a job that is thread enabled. Debugging of jobs that are thread enabled must be done from a service job.
Recovery . . . : Issue the Start Service Job (STRSRVJOB) command against the thread enabled job before issuing the Start Debug (STRDBG) command.
