Alert identifier &1 already in alert table &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There was a request to add alert description identifier &1 to alert table &2 in library &3 but the alert description identifier already exists in the alert table.
Recovery . . . : Change the alert description identifier, or change the alert table name or the library name, or delete the existing alert description identifier before adding an alert identifier with the same identifier. Then try the request again.
