Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use the Run Link Problem Determination Aid-2 (RUNLPDA) command on the corresponding line on the remote system.
-- (Note: The following action will disrupt communications on line &1.) Vary off the controllers for line &1 and try the RUNLPDA command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The reason code is &3.
