LPDA-2 command cannot run in switched network backup.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Link Problem Determination Aid-2 (LPDA-2) command requested has been rejected because the DCE is operating in switched network backup mode.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different value for the OPTION parameter and try the Run Link Problem Determination Aid-2 (RUNLPDA) command again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The sense byte error code is &1.
