Ring back limit exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote DCE ring back limit was exceeded or the call timer expired. Possible causes are:
-- Telephone number was not correct.
-- Remote DCE is not configured for automatic answer.
-- Call timer limit is too short.
-- Ring back limit is too low.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Check the telephone number (TELNBR) parameter on the Run Link Problem Determination Aid-2 (RUNLPDA) command.
-- Check that the remote DCE is configured to automatically answer incoming calls.
-- Reconfigure the local DCE for a longer call timer limit or a higher ring back limit.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The sense byte error code is &1.
