Error occurred creating cleanup and power on/off schedule object.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An unexpected error occurred while creating the user index, QEZPWRCLN in QUSRSYS, that stores the Power On/Off schedule and the cleanup options.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to see the messages in the job log for job &3/&2/&1 for a more complete description of what caused the error. Correct the errors and try the request again. You may need to contact your technical support person to solve the problem.
