Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You are not authorized to change the cleanup options for reason code &1 below:
1 - You do not have *USE authority to the QPGMR user profile.
2 - You do not have *ALLOBJ, *SECADM, and *JOBCTL special authorities.
3 - Both reasons 1 and 2.
Recovery . . . : Contact your security officer to obtain the required authority. Then try your request again.
