Cleanup has already been started or is scheduled to run.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You tried to start cleanup, but cleanup is already started or is scheduled to run. Automatic cleanup may be scheduled and the job waiting to run. Cleanup options may be viewed or changed on the Change Cleanup Options menu by selecting option 1 on the Cleanup Tasks (CLEANUP) menu.
Recovery . . . : If it is necessary to start cleanup again, first end it either by selecting the End Cleanup option on the Cleanup Tasks (CLEANUP) menu or by using the End Cleanup (ENDCLNUP) command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : QSYSSCD job or the cleanup batch jobs (QCLNUSRMSG, QCLNSYSMSG, QCLNSYSPRT...) might be on the job queue. Use the Work with User Jobs (WRKUSRJOB) command to display jobs for user QPGMR to determine if the job is Waiting to run.
