Cleanup not allowed to run.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The cleanup option that allows cleanup to run is set to No.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try your request again:
-- On the Cleanup Tasks (CLEANUP) menu, select Change Cleanup Options and specify Y for the Allow automatic cleanup field on the Change Cleanup Options display.
-- Specify *YES for the Allow cleanup (ALWCLNUP) parameter value on the Change Cleanup (CHGCLNUP) command.
