Message text cannot be blank.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You must specify message text when you are not using the "Send a Message" display.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
- Specify at least 1 non-blank character of message text.
- Specify "Y" on the parameter to use the "Send a Message" display.

Technical description . . . . . . . . : If the value of the message text length parameter is less than the actual length of the message text, only the number of characters specified by the length parameter will be used.
