Number of locks on file exceeds limit.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : There is a limit of &1 byte locks on a file at the same time. Your request failed because you attempted to lock one more range of bytes in a file when there are already &1 byte locks on the file. The file name specified in file system &2 was &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Unlock some byte locks on the file.
-- Wait until some byte locks on the file are unlocked by other processes.
