File system &1 in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You attempted to access file system &1. The start-job-session exit program &2 in library &3 for that file system is in use by another process.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1) Use the work with object locks (WRKOBJLCK) command to determine which process has the exit program locked.
2) Use the end job (ENDJOB) command to end that process or wait until the process no longer holds the lock on the exit program.
3) Try the request again.
