Rename of library &1 previously failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A previous rename of library &1 to new name &2 failed. This rename must be complete before a rename of library &1 to a name other than &2 can be done.
Recovery . . . : Use the Rename Object (RNMOBJ command) to rename &1 to &2. Then you may rename library &1 to &3 if necessary. If the rename object of library &1 to &2 is not done at this time processing will be completed during the next IPL of the system.
