Cause . . . . . : Value &1 is not valid for the replace object option.
Recovery . . . : Change the replace object option to one of the following values and try the request again.
-- Specify '1' if an existing object is to be replaced. If the existing object is a *PGM object type, it is moved to the QRPLOBJ library. If the existing object is not a *PGM object type, it is deleted.
-- Specify '0' if you want the QLIRNMO API to fail if an object with the same name and object type already exists.
