Cause . . . . . : User &5, job &3/&2/&1, must have &4 special authority to use End Subsystem (ENDSBS), End System (ENDSYS), and Power Down System (PWRDWNSYS) commands.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer give the user the required authority.
