Not authorized to change IBM-supplied service tools user ID password.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Only a user signed on as user profile QSECOFR can change the password of the IBM-supplied service tools user ID with service tools security privilege.
Recovery . . . : Have the security officer sign on with the user profile QSECOFR and change the password of the IBM-supplied service tools user ID with service tools security privilege.
