Certificate type not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The certificate type must be one of the following:
1 -- Full certificate: This type indicates that the certificate parameter contains the complete certificate in Abstract Syntax Notation 1 (ASN.1) Distinguished Encoding Rules (DER).
2 -- Certificate handle: This type indicates that the certificate parameter contains the handle of the certificate as returned by the List User Certificates API or the List Validation List Certificates API.
3 -- Base 64 encoded certificate: This type indicates that the certificate parameter contains the Base 64 encoded version of the entire X.509 public key certificate in ASN.1 DER encoding.
Recovery . . . : Check the parameter list and make sure that all parameters are correctly specified. Then try the request again.
