The users specified do not exist on the system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The users that were specified to be added to, changed on, or removed from the authorization list, do not exist.
Recovery . . . : The Display Authorized Users (DSPAUTUSR) command will display all the valid users of the system. Determine the user name that you want added, changed, or removed from the authorization list. Use the valid user name and try the command again.
