Cause . . . . . : The function group ID specified for function ID &2 is either not registered, is registered in a different category than the category specified for function ID &2, the function type is not function group, or the function group ID is the same as the function ID.
Recovery . . . : Either change the category for function ID &2 or change the function group ID, then try the request again.
