Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user does not own object &1 in library &3 type *&2 and either does not have object management (*OBJMGT) authority to object &1 in library &3 type *&2 or does not have the authorities that are being given or taken away.
-- Without ownership or *OBJMGT authority the user cannot change the authorities for the object.
-- A user cannot give to other users or take away from other users any authority that the user does not already have.
Recovery . . . : Either have the owner of the object change the authority of this user to include *OBJMGT for the object, or specify an object that this user has *OBJMGT authority for. Then try the request again.
