Password approval program &1 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Password approval program &1 in library &2 was not found, or library &2 was not found.
Recovery . . . : Display the system value (DSPSYSVAL command) QPWDVLDPGM to verify the password approval program name and the library where the program is found. Then try to change the password again.
