Parameters in password approval program not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The required parameters are not correct in password approval program &1 in library &2 . The program must contain the following parameters: new password, old password, and return error code.
Recovery . . . : Display the system value (DSPSYSVAL command) QPWDVLDPGM to verify the correct password approval program name and library are being used. If system value QPWDVLDPGM is correct, verify the parameters in the password approval program. For an example of a password approval program using the required parameters, see the Security Reference manual, SC21-8083. Correct any errors, then try the Change Password (CHGPWD) command again.
