Value for new password not allowed at password level &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the new password is not allowed when the system is operating at password level &2.
When the system is operating at password level 0 or 1, the new password must start with an uppercase alphabetic character (A-Z, Ø, Å, or Æ) followed by uppercase alphabetic characters A-Z, numbers 0-9, or special characters Ø, Å, Æ and underscore (_) with a maximum length of 10 characters.
When the system is operating at password level 2 or 3, the new password can contain any character but cannot begin with an asterisk (*) and cannot be all blanks with a maximum length of 128 characters.
Recovery . . . : Correct the new password, and then try the request again.
