Source file name required for user-defined type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The type that you specified in the Type field of the Programmer menu is a user-defined type. When you specify a user-defined type for option 8 (Edit a source member), you must also specify a source file name.
Recovery . . . : On the Programmer menu, enter a value in the Source file field or specify a valid system-defined value in the Type field. To see a list of the valid type values, move the cursor to the Type field of the Programmer menu and press the Help key.
