FROMLIB and TOLIB parameters cannot specify the same library.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library specified in the FROMLIB parameter must not be the same as the library specified in the TOLIB parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a different library name to be copied in the FROMLIB parameter or specify a different target library name in the TOLIB parameter. Then try the command again.
