Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The library name you specified, &1, was not found. Either the library name was not typed correctly or the library does not exist.
Recovery . . . : Either correct the library name used in the MSGQ or MSGF parameter or create the library using the CRTLIB command. Then, try the command again.
