Message queue parameter is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of queues specified is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If you requested to send a break message, specify only one message queue.
-- If you requested to send an inquiry message, specify one message queue or specify two queues if one of the values is *HSTLOG and the message is being sent to a nonprogram message queue. If only one queue is specified the value cannot be *HSTLOG.
-- If you requested to send a notify message, specify only one message queue.
