Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A message operation (send, remove, display, or move) was being performed on the message queue but the operation did not complete.
Recovery . . . : If the queue is QHST, delete it using the Delete Message Queue (DLTMSGQ) command. If the queue is a user message queue, delete it using the DLTMSGQ command, and create it again using the Create Message Queue (CRTMSGQ) command. To call a recovery program that will fix QSYSOPR, type DSPMSG QSYSOPR. If the queue is a work station queue, vary the work station off, then on again using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) or the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command. If the queue is a job message queue, you can submit the job again to create a new job message queue.
