Invalid length. MAXLEN for data queue &1 in &2 is &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following conditions was detected: 1) The value was not a five digit packed decimal number; 2) The length was less than one; 3) The length exceeded the maximum length entry allowed on the data queue. If parameter eight is specified with a value of *YES, the length needs to be the length of the message entry that is provided in the journal entry.
Recovery . . . : Correct the length value, and then try the request again. If longer length entries are required, delete the data queue and create it again with a larger MAXLEN limit.
